My Windows->Unix on-line browsing decoder

My `windows-1251` -> `koi8-r` on-line browsing decoder v2.5

This service tries to solve known

"how to browse Windows-only HTML pages under Unix"

problem; unlike other similar decoders this one specify character set to instruct your browser to switch it automatically.

Due to limited resources of this machine and lack of interest from my side this service stopped and not developed anymore.

Perl source code of this service script available for free, Perl 5 and libwww-perl required.
